Personal resilience sessions for parents of children with additional needs

Self-help resilience training for parents of children with additional needs

  •  Are you feeling isolated and stressed?
  • Would you like to learn new ways of helping YOURSELF to cope with the day to day stresses of life with a child with additional needs?
  • Would you like the chance to meet other parents in similar situations to yourself?

Then you may find attending one of these sessions beneficial.

These self-help sessions, commissioned by the local Clinical Commissioning Group,  aim  to help you with new ways of managing how you feel and how you cope day to day as you deal with the demands (and stresses) of caring for your child/children with additional needs. They are not behaviour management sessions, but are about you as a person to help support your own well-being.
