Music event for people with Dementia and/or Learning disabilities – 25th July 2014

Stanley’s training project are a not for profit organisation specifically set up to support people who have not had the chance to gain any type of employment or training. Their mission statement is:

“To promote social inclusion through enabling and equipping people with disabilities to gain opportunities by developing their personal and practical skills and talents.”

They are aiming to help people gain  the skills they need to go into employment. They have been  busy since the launch of Daisy’s Chain of Activity Café s for people with Dementia and their carers developing our activity plans and menu’s and they would like to invite you to the music event that is happening on Friday 25th July 10:30am till 2:30pm at The Church of the Nazarene, Dewsbury.

The event isn’t just for people with Dementia and their carers but for people with learning disabilities too.

Please RSVP if you are attending so that they can plan for the numbers. Also if you know of any other group or individual that would enjoy this fantastic music event then please pass the message on.
