Yoga sessions with Kirklees Visual Impairment Network

KVIN say ‘Yes to Yoga’ – new classes for blind and partially sighted people 

KVIN are running yoga classes tailored to needs of blind/partially sighted people classes are funded by Morrisons. After a recent taster class one participant said ‘I didn’t think I would be able to understand the teacher but she explained what she wanted us to do and gently adjusted our posture if needed.  It was very relaxing and I met some new friends too.’

Classes are small (maximum 10 people) beginners welcome.  All abilities catered for. Cost £5 per session pay as you go or £45 for 10 sessions paid in advance.  Refreshments included. The first 10 week of sessions will be held on Thursdays 2.00 to 3.30 starting April 21st at Age UK, 12 New Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2AR (between HSBC and Natwest banks).
