This event, organised by Kirklees Council,  is to bring information on the Local Offer website to life for young people with additional needs and disabilities (aged 14 up to 25) and their parents/carers as well as professionals.  Find out information on what is available in Kirklees for young people preparing for adult life.

Speak to professionals to find out more about things that are important when preparing for adulthood such as higher education and employment, independent living and housing, day time opportunities and leisure activities, support to be as health as possible and much more …. Register to book a place here and you will receive up to date information on the stall holders as they are confirmed. (if you have a problem, please contact the organiser through Eventbrite).
