Stroke services survey

Stroke services survey

Across West Yorkshire and Harrogate, health services are working together to look at better ways of delivering care for people who have a stroke and making the services sustainable and fit for the future.

Here is a survey to help improve local stroke services.

Please take five minutes to fill it in as a stroke can stike anyone at anytime. Thank you.

Sport works consultation on setting up a transitioning program for older teenagers.

Sport Works are excited to share with you that we are in the process of setting up a transitioning program which will help older teenagers mix with young adults with additional needs so they can find out what services they might be able to access when they turn 18.
The group will run for 1.5 hours a week for 16 weeks and we are hoping to get the project up and running by march.
We are looking at the program taking place at Kirklees college in the evenings which will allow young people to access multi-sport alongside receiving advice and support from yourself and PCAN as well as other relevant partners.
I would greatly appreciate your views on the project. Are there any days or times that you think would be most beneficial to the young people we are aiming to reach out to?

Can people contact Anna Smithies (anna@sportsworksltd.co.uk) if you have any thoughts / input.
Thank You
