Transition into locala adulthood services survey.
This experience questionnaire focuses on the Transition from Children’s services to Adults services run by locala. This survey was launched this week with a hope to capture experiences of young people and their families. This questionnaire can be completed by either the young person, parent or both together

Compass Bridge holiday activities – deadline 16th July
We have just received the amended forms for the compass bridge holiday programme.
Here is what they have said.
Due to a booking complication we have had to swap around some of the activities we have planned for the Summer Holiday Activity Programme.
The attached Amended Activity Plan (green and purple) is now to be completed instead of the one previously emailed and then returned to Compass Bridge by Monday 16th July. Any of the old forms that have already been sent to us will be disregarded.

Improve wheelchair services in Kirklees and Calderdale
PCAN is working with the Calderdale and Huddersfield Clinicial Commissioning Group (CCG) to involve wheelchair users, carers and other interested parties to find out what people would like to see provided by the local wheelchair and postural mobility service.
