National survey for parent carers – deadline of 16/5/14

The law is changing to improve outcomes for disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs, including increased involvement of parents and young people together with clearer routes for information, support and guidance. (A link to an information sheet is provided below.)

KIDS are one of 12 charities nationally who have been asked to find out from families what they think about the support they currently receive and how it can be improved.

They are initially asking families to complete a short (10 question) survey. For parents who are interested there will also be opportunities to attend focus groups at a later date.

If you are able to, KIDS would be very grateful if you could complete the survey by Friday 16th May 2014.
You can complete it online by going to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/kidsis

PCAN Kirklees apologise for the short time left to complete the questionnaire, however, we have only just received the information.
