Kidzaware are holding a Count me in Anti bullying conference which on Friday 22nd November 2013, at Sandal Rugby Club Milnthorpe Green, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF2 7DY from 9.30am – 2.30 pm
The aim is to Share good practice and resources to reduce instances of bullying in Wakefield and raise awareness of anti-bullying techniques
OBJECTIVES
· better understanding of effects of bullying
· develop a co-ordinated approach to anti-bullying
· create a ‘count me in’ society
· improve conflict resolution
OUTCOMES
· reduce bullying
· raise awareness of anti-bullying methods
· listen to experiences of young people and their families
· seek groups/organisations to make a pledge to do more to combat bullying
· increased understanding around legislation
There is a small charge of £15.00 per delegate and lunch is provided.
