Comunity Transport needs for Kirklees – have your say

We have been informed by Kirklees Council that Community Transport Calderdale Ltd (CTC) have aspirations to extend their services into Kirklees, trading as Community Transport Calderdale and Kirklees.
CTC is an independent local charity operating in Calderdale, whose successful growth has positively improved people’s quality of health and lifestyle for over a decade. In 2013, they completed 60,000 passenger trips for residents in Calderdale, and during 2014 began working with the NHS and some community groups in Kirklees.
Before CTC expand their operations in Kirklees they need to gain an understanding of ‘gaps’ in local transport provision and of user needs.  As such they have designed a couple of questionnaires, which the West Yorkshire Combined Authority have made available online  at:
If you can think of any individuals or groups that may be interested in completing a questionnaire then I would be grateful if you could please signpost them to this web link.  Alternatively, If you have any questions or can help with identifying potential users please contact Paul Jones, Chief Executive Officer on 01422 88 80 80 or via email paul.jones@ctcalderdale.co.uk.
