The event is free and refreshments and lunch will be served
Building on work already undertaken locally, the event will look at the challenge of diabetes, the way diabetes services are currently delivered, and the way forward in supporting and caring for people with diabetes. It will be led by Dr Judith Parker from Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group and Dr Steven Cleasby from Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group. Those invited include clinicians, practitioners, managers, patients and carers.
