Carers Count and Kirklees Council are holding an event to help you plan if you have an adult with additional needs still living at home with you.
There will be representatives from Carers Count, Client Financial Affairs, the Benefits Team, Community Enablement Team and the assessments teams, along with PCAN and LD Carers Voice.
