South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYT) are holding two events in November to feedback what they are planning to do as a result of the comments and ideas they received at the previous transformation events and how you can help them plan their next steps.
Dates of events: South Kirklees – 6th November and North Kirklees – 13th November
