Opportunity to give your views about local wheelchair services

The NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) covering Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees are committed to continuously improving the healthcare available to all the people living across the district. As part of this continued work, they want to look at how Wheelchair Services are provided by Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Trust.

If you or someone you care for has used / or are using wheelchair services, they would like to hear about your experiences and gather your opinions about how they could improve the service. They are holding two events on:

3rd December 2013: 1.30pm – 3.00pm at Broad Lea House, Huddersfield HD2 1GZ

11th December 2013: 2.00pm – 4.00pm at Dean Clough, Halifax HX3 5AX

If you would like to book onto one of these events, please contact me at Richard.kennedy@wsybcsu.nhs.uk or call on 01484 464025.

For those unable to attend one of the events, a survey has been developed, which is based around the questions that would be asked at the event.  If you have experience of using wheelchair services locally, please share your views by completing the survey online www.surveymonkey.com/s/Wheelchair-Services.
